For over three decades, my independent practice and college-level teaching of therapeutic bodywork have cultivated a fuller understanding of an important truth: the releasing of cellular memory through an alternative healing system that focuses on the spiritual, emotional, and physical provides a powerful contribution to one’s wellbeing. This improved awareness allows the client to gently replace old thought patterns and reactions with new thought patterns and choices. By implementing this critical connection between mind and body, clients can then develop new tools and skills which allow them to create a path of wellness.
I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I seek to realize a better me through constant self-reflection. I find joy in spontaneously rescuing pre-owned items and converting them into new treasures. My husband and I also enjoy visiting and spending time with our son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons.
