One of the foundational facets of my practice is the belief that you and I were meant to live a life of wholeness and purpose. Traumas, lies, and addictions can mar this design, and we can easily find ourselves stuck in a pattern of unhealthy behaviors and a pale reflection of who we were meant to be.
As a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Sex Addictions Therapist, my goal is to help you find healing, health, and wholeness in your relationships with yourself and others. Using multiple methods, including EMDR and Splankna, I aim to help you discover your authentic self as you seek to heal and grow.
One of the highlights of my career is speaking to various groups. Whether I am lecturing at my alma mater on the impact of sexual addiction, speaking to a community group on intimacy, or educating a parenting class on how to teach their children about sex, I am passionate about fostering a community where healing and wholeness thrive.
I am originally from the upstate of South Carolina and love being able to practice here. I currently reside in Greer, SC and, in my free time, enjoy quilting, spending time with family and friends, and reading non-fiction.
