About Lelia

For over thirty years, I’ve walked beside those seeking healing through the body’s quiet wisdom. This path has revealed a profound truth: when we release what’s held in the tissues, we create space for new ways of being.  At the heart of my practice is the EAR System, a method I developed to support deep healing through Education, Awareness, and Responding. This integrative framework helps clients gently release stored patterns and cultivate new tools for resilience, allowing the nervous system to settle, the body to speak, and the spirit to reawaken.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, relational challenges, and the tender threshold of change.

Outside of my practice, I remain a devoted student of life drawn to reflection, renewal, and the quiet magic of transformation. I find joy in rescuing forgotten objects and restoring their beauty, much like the healing I witness in my work: a gentle return to wholeness.
My heart is fullest in the company of my husband, our son and daughter-in-law, and our two grandsons, whose laughter is a daily reminder that presence is the most profound form of play.
